Ski-in/out refers to properties that have skiing from the property, in the case of condos this will be from outside the building, or in townhomes (such as Thunder Ridge Chalets) from the edge of the property.
Ski-in refers to properties which are slightly below the base area and have access trails to ski back at the end of the day. Some may be within walking distance (under 10 minutes) to the lifts.
On-mountain is within walking distance of a return-access track, and close to the base area - approx 15-minute walk to lifts.
