The Art Station School Tour programs combine educational exhibition tours and hands-on art activities for students of The Elk Valley. Students will explore the exhibition as they lean about contemporary artists and the artists’ processes. Art activities provide a fun, creative extension to the students’ learning experiences, while they develop specific artistic skills. Tours are guaranteed to stimulate dialogue, facilitate questions, and complement the fine arts curriculum, as well as encourage the exploration of art.
The Arts Station is home to a dedicated adult and children workshop series from September through May.
