Winter ski season dining specials, starting December 2nd:
A grand four sided river-rock fireplace surrounded by welcoming leather couches is the focal point of the room overlooking the pool and the slopes. Giant stripped pine tables for groups and marble topped tables for smaller parties fill the rest of the room, while a stylish oyster bar takes up one wall. Modern, understated neutral tones make this a great place to relax, with spectacular chandeliers finishing off the atmosphere.
Tucked away to side is the sanctum of the Ice Bar, a stunning cavern of carved ice with illuminated by glowing lights in shades of pink, blue, grey and green. Wrap up in a fur trimmed parka and step inside for perfectly chilled vodka or champagne - it's an experience to savour!
The Food & Beverage Team at Cirque understand the importance of using absolutely fresh, healthy ingredients that are prepared with utmost care. The menu is a Canadian and European fusion with specialties including fresh oysters and bison carpaccio, new twists on old favourites like elk meatball tagliatelle and truffle fries, and classics including spaghetti bolognaise and eggplant parmigiana. The breakfast and après ski menu is equally tantalizing.
