For a split second as I woke up this morning, I thought that the whole weekend just gone was but a dream.
It didn't take long for my sore legs to remind me:
1- it had been snowing all weekend; the epic soft blower pow that Fernie is legendary for, and:
2- I had put in a solid shift over the two days to ensure that the freshly-laid pow pow on the mountains didn't maintain its pristine Christmas card appearance for too long.
Checking out our social media channels I am very stoked to see that many others joined me on the campaign to leave our marks on the mountain this weekend. 35cm fell in the last 24 hours and there's more to come for sure.

Switch 540 into a soft landing
The shallowest amount of powder skied all day by @Gingymueller
The backcountry was looking great for sledders too
Plenty of bobbing heads and torsos seen all weekend
The snow will be back, and I'll be ready again. Thanks for sharing your adventure using the #FernieStoke hashtag.
