Legendary Summer BC Cup Downhill Bike Race at Fernie Alpine Resort's lift access bike park!
The resort team is proud to be working closely with Dunbar Cycles, Troy Lee Designs, Momentum and Cycling BC to put on a great event for competitors and spectators. Spectators can enjoy watching racers train on Saturday, the official race will be held on Sunday.
The Legendary Summer BC Cup is the final race of the Summer BC Cup Downhill Mountain Bike Race Series.
The course has been revamped by the trail crew and is looking fast!

Kids love biking too! Join us for some fun at this FREE event in the plaza on Saturday, August 26th!
Event Details:
Open to ages 12 & under
Register from 12:00 – 12:45pm @ base area plaza
*Please note: Parent / legal guardian must sign waiver for the participant.
Event starts at 1pm Finisher prize for all participants!
Format / Course:
The course is a fairly flat, easy loop through the base area. Great for young children on run bikes, training wheel bikes or regular pedal bikes!
Kids will be split into groups / heats based on bike type and age / ability.
