Cooking a Dinner Party for a group of friends or even a fancy dinner for your partner can be a daunting thought...

So in this month's cooking class we are looking at how you can execute an impressive dinner menu utilizing a range of techniques that will be sure to impress your guests. We will also be keeping the budget in mind so there really is no excuse not to throw that fancy dinner party!

The class will run 6pm - 8pm, followed by dinner.

The class will be taken by Daryl Higgs who is new to Fernie this Winter and who is currently cooking at Cirque Restaurant on the ski hill. Daryl has many years of experience at high end restaurants around the world including having completed several seasons in Wanaka NZ.

The whole class will sit down and feast on the nights' achievements while enjoying a glass of wine. If your idea of a gourmet meal is putting Franks red hot sauce on Mr. Noodle or stabbing the plastic film with a fork and pressing start... an Infinitea cooking class is for you!

$35: includes 2hr class, dinner, glass of wine & an emailed recipe sheet.

Additional guests are welcome to join at 8pm for $15 which includes the meal & a glass of wine. Bookings essential, class size limited to 10 people.

Hot Smoked Salmon with pickled beets, shaved fennel & lemon yoghurt
Chicken with Butternut Squash puree, braised mushrooms & hazelnut dukkah
Profiteroles with salted caramel, chocolate Créme fresh
