The evening will begin with an arrival drink, canapes and live music from Kootenay based 'Three Strings to the Wind' followed by a spectacular 3-course dinner featuring locally sourced produce. Executive Chef Victor Spicer of Cirque Restaurant at Lizard Creek Lodge and Elk Valley Catering will carefully crafted a menu featuring the best local accents utilising his years of experience in fine mountain dining.
