An exciting new event for Fernie - get your tickets early for this culinary feast in support of a good cause.

Hosted by the incredible Sadie Rosgen at the Fernie Community Centre for a memorable evening of culinary delights while fundraising for the East Kootenay NICU and a local parks project with the City of Fernie!

The evening will include a sumptuous dinner, silent auction, 'Best Bite' and 'People's Choice' awards, and a wonderful evening of community spirit.

9:00 PM Silent Auction Closes

Dinner will begin with a complimentary glass of Bolla Prosecco, followed by a series of innovative small plates prepared by ten of Fernie's finest chefs, highlighting a global cuisines and ingredients from:

Marinated satay skewers with spicy Thai roasted peanut sauce
Home-made elk & boar slider with blueberry mayo, feta cheese, arugula & yellow beet
Trio of crostini - bruschetta on baguette, smoked salmon crostini, olive tapenade on pumpernickel
Tropical ceviche basa with mango, watermelon, tomato, onion, cilantro & jalapeno
Pulled beef and Kimchi bao bun with crispy onions & scallion aioli
