Fernie Mountain House is a spacious, modern take on the ski-in, ski-out experience.

With BC’s unparalleled mountains all around you—plus floor-to-ceiling windows to showcase their beauty—Fernie Mountain House offers an exquisite immersion in nature whether you hit the slopes or rarely leave the (caramel leather) sofa. 

In addition to the whole house seven-bedroom option, the lodge has been designed to be locked off into two separate units: One four-bedroom, five-bathroom unit and a three-bedroom two-bathroom unit during the spring, summer, and fall seasons. 

Highlights of the Whole House Seven-Bedroom Option:

  • Seven bedrooms (including three Master suites with attached bathrooms)

  • Maximum occupancy of 16 people as per Regional District license.
  • 44’ X 20’ Great Room with vaulted ceiling and a 12.5’ wall of windows
  • Perfect for family getaways, work retreats, and other large gatherings; plenty of privacy over three elevator-accessed floors 
  • Direct entry to a four-car garage. Maximum overall parking for 8 vehicles, with no on-street parking allowed as per Regional District license.
  • Elevator service to all levels (including loading from the garage)
  • Two natural gas fireplaces (plus a gas fire pit on the rear deck)
  • Seven-person hot tub (with heated walkway to the house)
  • Games room with ping pong and foosball tables
  • Two full kitchens with natural gas stoves; four fridges; three dishwashers

The Living Spaces:

Floor-to-ceiling windows bring harmony between BC’s boundless nature and the interior spaces—our favorite feature of the property. Bask in sweeping views of the slopes from both the front and back of the house, or get even closer to the views on the deck, with its 7-person hot tub, gas grilling station, Adirondack chairs, and al fresco dining table. Stay toasty with the outdoor fire feature, plus a heated walkway from the hot tub back into the house.

The high-ceilinged Great Room is the perfect gathering spot for movie nights or sharing stories by the fireplace. A games room adds entertainment on a lazy, stay-at-home day. Lightning speed fiber-connected Wi-Fi hot zones for smoother streaming and gaming.
