Whether you’re looking for some flow or tech, Fernie has it all. Open up the Fernie Trail Map and you may feel overwhelmed by the scale of the network bike trails spidering out around town. You can fully maximize your time in Fernie by booking a guided tour and get the chance to stop at iconic Fernie viewpoints, enjoy some nature interpretation, and experience high-quality singletrack.
There’s something freeing about that feeling of conquering a rough technical trail, or releasing the weight of the world through a corner, that excitement as soon as your two wheels leave the ground, or just that pure joy from coasting in the wide open. This passion is what Ridetheory is driven to share with everyone through a wide variety of coaching options and workshops.
Ridetheory offers weekly club youth sessions and enduro-specific training designed to encourage progression and nurture passion in youth. Learning amongst new and old friends, kids will build confidence, inspire each other, learn the meaning of dedication and commitment, and be a team player – skills that can all be transferred into their daily lives.
Several kids camps are available throughout the summer. These multi-day camps are designed to prepare our youth for trail riding for years to come. Basic mountain bike skills and experience are required to attend.
Take a Women-only course and experience the camaraderie that is only present when you’re amongst a group of other women in a traditionally male-dominated sport. Ridetheory has found that progression is accelerated in these environments and nurture that development to help you get the most out of your riding.
The skills learned in these single-day Adult Co-ed Courses sessions will help improve your riding game and provide you with new riding tools to bring to the trails and jumps.
Whether it’s your first time on a mountain bike and you’re nervous as heck, or those 360 barspins on the dirt jumper just aren’t clicking, Ridetheory can provide you with the tools to ride towards your goals on a private coaching session.
