DATE

Sat Jun 20, 2026
All Day

Welcoming both cyclists and non-cyclists in the spirit of connection, inclusivity, and mental wellness.

The Elk Valley Suicide Task Force (EVSTF), in collaboration with the Fernie Trails Alliance (FTA), presents an inclusive and community-focused ride in support of mental health initiatives.

By incorporating a relaxed, drop-in atmosphere, including a pancake breakfast catered by The Chopstick Truck, the event aims to create a safe, welcoming space for connection, conversation, and increased awareness around mental health. With support and participation from Cycling Without Age, Gear Hub, Ski Base, and The Guides Hut.

Stage 1 meets at 5:15 am at the Fernie Visitor Centre Trailhead for a sunrise ride. Stages 2-4 depart from the Fernie Seniors' Centre. All stages are optional.
