Fernie Alpine Resort will officially open on Saturday, December 5th, for the 2026-2027 winter season!
Fernie Alpine Resort is a winter paradise with over 2,500 acres, 145 runs, 3,550 ft of vertical and an average of 29ft of snow annually!
Plenty of gentle green runs for beginners, challenging and varied blue runs for intermediates and incredible black and double diamond runs for experts; a full range of on-mountain accommodations, retail, rentals, events, dining and nightlife means there's something for everyone to enjoy this winter!
