Providing some of the most beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains, the cross-country trails at the Fernie Golf Club are great for everyone to enjoy.
About 8 km of groomed tracks are available on the golf course. There is little elevation change on these trails making them ideal for beginner skiers. The start of the trails is at the Clubhouse where you will find ample free parking. The Fernie Nordic Society provides a porta-potty at this location. The trails are jointly groomed by the Golf Course and by the Nordic Society volunteers on a regular basis.
The trails at Fernie Golf Club are solely for cross-country skiers and do not permit dogs, fat bikes or snowshoes. If you wish to group includes multi-activities, we recommend Fernie Alpine Resort's cross-country trails, and the Montane Trail network.
