Fernie Snowmobile Association has been the unified voice for snowmobiling in the Elk Valley since March 1st, 1990.
The Association provides organized user-funded opportunities for snowmobiliers via the trail grooming program, events, trail signage, and at three backcountry multi-use warming cabins.

Fernie Snowmobile Association hosts a variety of events throughout the winter, including the annual Poker Ride & Avy Days events, plus demo days, BBQs, family rides, sled drags, ladies rides, and pre-season work parties, where you can connect with the local snowmobiling community ahead of your winter riding.
