Simon and Ami have been brewing beverages out of passion since 1995, and sold their first brew of kombucha at a local farmer's market on Canada Day in 2017. From the very beginning, people have offered their genuine support to grow their passion into a business. Inspired by the people and the nature of the Canadian Rockies, they have been brewing their unique and refined kombucha with love and happiness in a small mountain town called Fernie.
