The focus for the bakery is products that are both affordable and of good quality, made with 100% organic flour from Creston, BC. Everything is handmade, artisanal, baked fresh every day, our loaves are all sourdough and we make everything with passion and joy. Products include a range of sourdough loaves, croissants, pain au chocolat, sweet pastries, tarts, pies and speciality seasonal items.

Owner and baker Bertrand is from Normandy in France and moved to Fernie after living in Chile for 18 years. With his French heritage, good bread and pastries have always been a passion and joy.
