About Kikomun Creek Provincial Park

Lake Koocanusa is 30 minutes from Fernie and is popular for motorized boating and house boating and Surveyors Lake is non-motorized, both are great for swimming. Located in a dry sunny area of the province, this Park preserves an example of Interior Douglas fir and Ponderosa pine forest and grassland habitat. Paved roads within this family-oriented park are conducive to biking.

The map of the Park details the location of the lake and three separate camping areas.

NOTE: Kikomun Creek is a very popular park, if it is full please see other accommodation alternatives in and around Fernie.
