The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 36 is Fernie's service club for Canadian Veterans.
HOURS:
TUE - THU 3 - 11 PM
FRI & SAT 3 PM - Midnight
Guests are welcome, everyone is asked to sign the book and remove their hats out of respect for veterans. The Fernie Legion is 19+.
The bar is fully licensed, and patrons are invited to bring their own takeout or have food delivered to enjoy. The patio is open in the warmer months and is the perfect spot to enjoy the Wednesday Socials in Station Square. Free pool, shuffleboard, and darts and big screen TVs to watch sports.
Weekly pool tournament & monthly poker tournament plus other special events. See calendar for details. The Legion is also the regular gathering spot for the Elk Valley Cruisers, a local group of classic car enthusiasts who organise regular car cruises and events, and the host location for the annual Remembrance Day gathering following the service at the Fernie Cenotaph.
