Casual, modern and inviting - that's the look at Cirque.
Cirque is temporarily closed and will reopen for the late Spring and Summer, date TBC.
Sink into a leather couch by the grand four-sided river-rock fireplace for a welcome activity break and enjoy rich hot chocolate on a cold day or a cooling beer when its sunny outside. Groups can gather at giant stripped pine tables or there's a stylish oyster bar for a quick snack or cocktail. Modern, understated neutral tones and striking chandeliers create a luxurious atmosphere that's as welcoming as it is exotic.
The Food & Beverage team at Cirque understand the importance of using absolutely fresh, healthy ingredients that are prepared with utmost care. The menu is a Canadian and European fusion with specialities including fresh oysters and bison carpaccio, new twists on old favourites like elk meatball tagliatelle and truffle fries, and classics including spaghetti bolognaise and eggplant parmigiana. The breakfast and après ski menu are equally tantalizing.
