The Food & Beverage team at Cirque understand the importance of using absolutely fresh, healthy ingredients that are prepared with utmost care. The menu is a Canadian and European fusion with specialities including fresh oysters and bison carpaccio, new twists on old favourites like elk meatball tagliatelle and truffle fries, and classics including spaghetti bolognaise and eggplant parmigiana. The breakfast and après ski menu are equally tantalizing.
