Elk Valley Pizza Shoppe sauce is made from crushed tomatoes and blended with 5 spices for a spectacular homemade taste sensation. Premium pure mozzarella cheese is grated by hand. Fresh onions, peppers, tomatoes and mushrooms are hand select, sliced and diced by hand every day. Pepperoni, ham, salami and capicollo are all sliced in the EVP kitchen to ensure freshness. Each order is prepared and cooked individually. Each pizza is hand formed when ordered, with no compromise on quality!
Unlike the big operators, Elk Valley Pizza is made with fresh ingredients - no frozen dough or prepackaged meat/vegetables. Cheese is never frozen and no near cheese is blended for bulk. Elk Valley Pizza Shop serves up mountains of fresh taste using only the best quality ingredients.
