It has been over ten years since Nevados opened its doors, bringing unique Latin America flavours to the vibrant Fernie downtown.

If you're not in the mood for tacos, you can't go wrong with Nevado's Signature Tamarind Ribs tossed in their delicious tamarind barbeque sauce, and served over an apple cabbage slaw.
Of course, no meal here is complete without trying something of the cocktail menu.
How about the Classic Lime Margarita to start your night off? A zangy blend of real lime juice and pure agave nectar, plus Cazadores Blanco Tequila, and Triple Sec for that punch
Nevados has over 30 specialty tequilas and artisan Mezcals. Just ask the knowledgeable bar staff. They'll find you a cocktail that's right up your alley.
