Troy passed away in December 2022, but his contributions to the arts scene in the Elk Valley are still alive and very much well and we are fortunate to see them often either walking down 6th Avenue, the dumpster at EIDES, hanging with dignified colour on local walls, and in strains of music reflecting his passions and talents.
