FERDY BELLAND has been bustling about the arts communities of the Kootenays for over 35 years as a performing musician, a recording artist, an events promoter, a campus-radio broadcaster, a journalist, a community-theatre actor, and a lover of furry animals small and large.
Noted for his stint as Bif Naked's bassist, Ferdy currently plays in Phaeton (prog-metal), Garuda (psychedelic rock), the Brotherhood of Lost Souls (hard rock), and the Voodoo Rhythm Kings (blues rock), but he always loves to shoulder on his acoustic guitar and sing folk-rock for the people in small, cozy venues.
