Setting a 1920's scene with her raspy soulful voice, she blends her own take on soul music with notes notes of RnB, hip-hop, blues, funk, and even folk music. Her voice has been compared to Tina Turner, Janis Joplin, Amy Winehouse, and Etta James by multiple media sources like CBC, Les 7 Jours, Rogers, Ottawa Magazine, Pap Jazz, Metro News.
Bella Cat has played at a big variety of festivals including Ottawa Bluesfest, International Pap Jazz Fest in Haiti, Revelstoke Street Festival and Fireside.
