Cirque Restaurant and Mark Anthony Wine Group have collaborated to create an extraordinary dining experience.

Indulge in an unforgettable evening of culinary excellence and exquisite wines at the Cirque Wine Cellar Dinner. Hosted by Mark Anthony Wine Group, this exclusive event features a carefully curated 5-course menu crafted by Head Chef Victor Spicer, perfectly paired with a selection of premium wines.

6pm - Dinner  
Cost: $125 per person (plus tax & gratuity)

MENU

  • Cucumber salad, pickled onion, grapefruit, pistachio cream, radish, and chervil
  • Lobster and crab ravioli, saffron bisque sauce
  • Seared sablefish, chorizo and butter bean cassolette, parsnip purée
  • Elk striploin with haskap jus, elk cracker, carrot and potato pavé, shallot fondant
  • Almond tart, whipped mascarpone, tuille
  • Each course will be accompanied by specially selected wines. No substitutions.
