A very special dinner event showcasing local, foraged ingredients.
During the weekend, the Tamarack Dining Room will welcome food lovers to dine on lodge-made gourmet meals, created with an abundance of ingredients sourced and foraged from the surrounding Elk Valley.
Gathered from as close as the mountains of the Lizard Range. An interactive experience; Head Chef, Lara Korpan will introduce each course, where these ingredients can be foraged, what is edible, and the flavour profile of the ingredients.

$185/person (plus gratuity and tax).
