Tourism Fernie prepares an annual strategic plan each November for the upcoming calendar year. This plan is approved by the Board and submitted to the province.
In preparation for the Annual General Meeting in late March/early April an annual report documenting the previous calendar year initiatives, metrics, membership, finances and more is produced and submitted to the province.
