Rent a fat bike or a mountain bike from one of the local bike shops and explore Fernie’s extensive trail system. Trails in Montane area are usually the first ones to be rideable after winter and offer a variety of level difficulty.
Lunch break at one of Fernie's cafes or restaurants is always a good idea.
For a relaxing afternoon, we recommend hitting the driving range or greens at Fernie Golf Club. Soak in magnificent views of the mountains surrounding this beautiful golf course. Not a fan of golf? Try a round of disc golf at James White Park. It's a great activity for all ages.
