What is Biathlon?
In a typical biathlon race, competitors alternate between cross-country skiing and shooting. The skiing segments test endurance and speed, while the shooting segments demand accuracy and composure. There are various race formats, including individual, sprint, pursuit, and relay, each with its own set of rules and distances.
