The all-natural foodie tour: Berries and other useful plants

First Nations people once lived sustainably off the land. Luckily, some of their knowledge still remains. On this hike we show you how nature is not only tasty, but useful as medicine, material, and even for cleaning your dishes!

Time:  11am – 2pm
Cost, including scenic chairlift ride: $39

All hikes are guided by experienced, professional staff. 
Hikes are moderate in difficulty, 3 hours in length.
Recommended gear:

  • Daypack
  • Lunch/snacks/water
  • Sunglasses & Sunscreen
  • Camera & Binoculars
  • Additional clothing layers to allow for changes in temperature/conditions (waterproofs, sweater, hat)
  • Sturdy, comfortable footwear
