A feast for all the senses at beautiful Elk View Lodge.

Enjoy a night of beautiful music, delicious dining and perfectly paired wines. 

The evening will begin with an arrival drink, canapes and live music from singer-songwriter Naena Robinson, followed by a spectacular 3-course dinner featuring locally sourced produce. Executive Chef Victor Spicer of Cirque Restaurant at Lizard Creek Lodge and Elk Valley Catering has carefully crafted a menu featuring the best local accents utilising his years of experience in fine mountain dining.

MENU

  • Roasted Beet Carpaccio
    - Thinly sliced roasted beets, creamy goat cheese and pistachio mousse, beet chips, spiced pecan, mint and arugula salad.
  • Whole Roasted Bone-in Pork Loin
    - Velvety smooth butternut puree, carrot and chickpea cassoulet, fondant potatoes, cherry jus.
  • Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Tart
    - Coconut, oat milk caramel, meringue.

Each course will be served with selected BC wines.
Menu subject to change; vegetarian option available.
Dinner will be served long-table style.
