Patti-Ann - Acupuncture: A therapeutic mini-retreat! While laying relaxed in a peaceful environment an experienced Registered Acupuncturist will gently insert tiny needles into the skin. You will have time to let go and experience the benefits that acupuncture can offer. Acupuncture can provide relief to many aspects of the body which can include, but are not limited to: soothing the nervous system, calming the mind, improving sleep, enhancing the immune system, balancing hormones and aiding in pain relief.
