A special dinner evening to celebrate Valentine's Day hosted by Fernie Distillers and Fernie Catering Co.

Love is on the menu this Valentine’s Day! This intimate pop-up dinner with Chef Barrie from Ferniecateringco in the Fernie Distiller's tasting room is the perfect way to celebrate your special someone.

MENU, please select your starter and main when booking:

STARTER

    • Golden beet salad with whipped ricotta, pickled persimmon, honey, and walnuts
      Or
    • Parsnip and apple soup with Parmesan croutons

MAIN

    • Harissa glazed salmon with lentil and caper salad, roasted cauliflower, and yogurt tahini sauce
      Or
    • Moroccan braised beef short rib with carrot purée, pearl couscous, and broccoli

DESSERT

    • Spiced chocolate tart with Fernie Fog ice cream and black sesame tuile

Paired Red & White wine, Craft Beer, Red Bird Cider from Creston and non alcoholic beers will be available to purchase seperately, along with a specially crafted cocktail menu to pair perfectly with the evening—think bold, beautiful flavors, served in this lineup:
