5th - Tim Ketchum
Tim Ketchum, is a long term Fernie local and frontman for local band The Relief Committee. Tim also regularly plays solo around Fernie. You can expect beautifully delivered folk and classic rock songs and just a few jokes and witty banter in between for good measure.
12th - Lord Knows
With his background as a front man in a rock blues roots cover band, Tyrone brings his finely tuned guitar skills and husky vocals while Amanda, simply put, has the voice of an angel. Her unique interpretations of lady anthems is truly something to behold. Expect sing-a-long classics like you’ve never heard them before.
19th - Herky Cutler
Herky's music has many faces; rock, blues, country, folk, Celtic, latin, and speaks with many tongues about who he is, what he believes in, and what makes him laugh. He's been influenced by artists like Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Bruce Cockburn, Eric Clapton, Tom Petty, Bonnie Raitt, and MANY of the independent artists that he's heard over the years. They inspire him and keep the songwriting candle burning.
26th - Sami Valavaara
Sami has been playing guitar and singing for over 20 years. He went to school for music and has been able to freelance and perform at many local venues and community events while also teaching lessons at The Arts Station. His inspiration comes from Dustin Kensrue of Thrice, Ed Sheeran, and both the folk and rock worlds. He's definitely a mixed bag of inspiration, but it all comes together in the music! He love singing covers and sharing some of his originals as well.
