RACHEL GEEK (Calgary, AB)
Rachel Geek is a multi-talented, producer and performer.
Equipped with her guitar, keys, Maschine, and wide range of vocal abilities. Rachel captivates her audience by speaking true from her heart, rapping about mental health, societal issues, and other impactful topics, all while seamlessly blending the live performance together with her tasteful airy vocals. Her on-stage humour and raw talent makes for an unforgettable experience.
JODIE B & NIQUE BLUE (Kelowna, BC)
The two sisters have been performing together since they were three years old. Street performing downtown Calgary is where they started. Today they have been supporting acts for artists such as Kytami, DubFx, and The Pharcyde, they have performed at many music festivals across the country including, Shambhala Music Festival from 2015-2019. Their electronic soulful rhythms have been compared to the likes of Dirtwire, Moontricks, DubFx and Tash Sultana. Between the pair, their performance includes guitar, bass, saxophone, harmonicas, mandolin, violin, keys, and electronic drum kits.
MAKEMDEF (Kelowna, BC)
Justin Mac Lean a.k.a 'Makemdef' is a West Coast Music Award-nominated producer and one half of electronic music duo 'Chuurch', better known for their genre-bending style 'Lean Bass' that has been drawing attention worldwide. While landing releases on Skrillex's 'Nest' imprint and Zed's Dead's 'Deadbeats', this producer has gone on to create remixes for big names like Moby, The Rolling Stones, Krs-1 and many more.
