The Fernie Visitor Information Centre is located on Highway 3 at the Eastern approach to Fernie, by the Oil Derrick.

- LATE SPRING; Mid-April until May Long Weekend: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)
- SUMMER; May Long Weekend until Thanksgiving: Daily 9am - 5pm
- LATE FALL; from Thanksgiving until Ski Season: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)
- WINTER; Ski Season, early December until Mid-April: Monday - Saturday 9 am - 5 pm (closed Sundays & Holidays)
