Join the Fernie Wine Club and the (former) Infinitea team on the Freshies Patio, for a flashback dinner featuring some of the old favorite food menu items paired with amazing wines!

Course 1: Apple cheese baked quinoa balls with Tzatziki dipping sauce
Course 2: Infinitea 7 layer dip (Mediterranean style) with warm pita (shared between 4)
Course 3: Almond satay chicken skewer on a bed of arugula salad
Course 4: Slow smoked Beef Brisket, made by Stephanie, served with the infinitea house salad the Kale & Quinoa Tabbouleh
each course served with paired wines
Plus a signature cocktail and mango cheesecake as extra delights!
THEME
'Flashback to your favourite era' - wear a top hat, wear some flares, wear a neon headband - show us a flash of your favourite era! Costumes encouraged.
