We will begin with a review of basic anatomy (muscles, ligaments, bones, nerves, fascia, postural patterns) and move towards exploring the biomechanics of static poses and dynamic transitions. This workshop will elaborate on the following:
Whether you simply want to learn more about your own practice or expand on the practical applications of teaching a safe yoga class, this is a great opportunity to go deeper into the physical body of yoga. Basic anatomy knowledge is preferred, but not necessary. Questions are encouraged!
