Whether you teach yoga, meditation or just want some strategies to cope with anxiety or other mental health concerns, there is growing evidence that mindfulness-based interventions are effective for a range of common mental health concerns. mindfulness-based interventions can be used in preventing or reducing work-related stress and burnout.
By attending to experience moment by moment with openness and non-judgement, our stories that are triggered by low mood or anxiety are not treated as real threats or losses and therefore do not need to be dealt with in a way that creates distress, anxiety or a sense of hopelessness.
This program is for everyone, even if you don't teach yoga. If you are completing our 500-hour program, it will be part of the certification or can be used as CE hours for the Yoga Alliance.
