Rather than "faking it 'til we make it", it's time to develop a proper foundation! We will go through core movements, body patterns, and the baseline strength / mobility to bring stability when you are on your hands. Post practice therapeutics will be addressed so that wrists, forearms, and shoulders can properly recover. If you're looking to start locking in your time upside-down, this workshop is a great start!
