Friday, August 4: Learning To Fly
This 2-hour workshop will teach basic methods to fly freely and safely in the silks. Learn the 5 basic Aerial Yoga moves that will open the gateway to moving fluidly through a practice that supports, expands your creativity and give you a sense of play you haven't experienced since you were a kid.
Learn how aerial yoga decompresses the spine, strengthens your core and allows you to get deep stretches all while having fun! Must be willing to step outside your comfort zone! All levels of practice are welcome to come play! Learn movements with the silks to improve balance and gain confidence in your practice.
Saturday, August 5: The Next Step
Part 2 to Friday night or if you already have some experience with Aerial, we will go over more advanced flows, how to transition in the silks and getting over fears to inversions.
