Mountain biking is fun and who doesn’t want to feel more comfortable on their bikes, feel more in control, and share in the thrill of progression with other women? Plus, you may just meet some new, totally rad mountain biking friends!
This program builds on what is taught in the beginner program, ramping up the confidence, control and fun factor for a full day of mountain biking bliss! Throughout the day you will gain a better understanding of how your bike rolls, lifts, and floats as you work on larger roll downs, bumps, wheel lifts, high speed corners, smaller jumps and drop.
Programs are always tailored to strike the perfect balance of progression for all participants while creating an inspiring, fun, and safe environment to learn.
